LINDSAY-The following is a list of those who have been convicted of offences in Lindsay Provincial Court, as well as those who have had charges withdrawn, dismissed, or stayed.
Withdrawn means the Crown has decided not to proceed with the charge(s) or is relaying them until a future date.
The information here, obtained from the public docket available for public viewing at 440 Kent Street West, includes the name and age of the accused, the charge(s) and all available details about the sentence(s) that they received.
In cases when the accused faces charges of both impaired driving (care or control of a motor vehicle) and over 80 mgs (exceeding the legal blood-alcohol limit), only one charge will remain while the other is withdrawn at the time of sentencing.
July 18
William Schnurfeil, 20, was given 30 days of intermittent jail time, one year of probation, an order of prohibitionseizure and served 20 days in presentence custody for assault, take vehicle-vessel and failing to comply with probation.

Irina Liberman, 36, was jailed 10 days and served 10 in presentence custody for possession of a substance. She was also given eight days of consecutive jail time for failing to reattend court.

Thomas McPhail, 43, was jailed 11 days for failing to comply with probation and seven and 12-day stints in presentence custody for two counts of failing to reattend court.
Another count of failing to reattend court was withdrawn.

Gregory Sidsworth, 35, was given one day of jail time and one year of probation, having spent 14 days in presentence custody, for failing to comply with bail conditions.

Kevin Stoner, 42, was given one year of probation, community service, a suspended sentence and ordered to pay $500 in restitution for fraud under $5,000.

July 21
Thomas Walsh, 47, was given one year of probation, an order of prohibitionseizure and a six month conditional sentence for assault.

Raymond Fusco, 37, had charges of failing to comply with conditions, failing to comply with probation and assault with a weapon withdrawn.
July 22
Cory Crockatt, 26, had two counts each of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failing to stop for police, possess property, carrying a concealed weapon, six counts of operating a motor vehicle while disqualified and a single mischief over $5,000 charge withdrawn.

Wayne Bailey, 47, had charges of threatening death-bodily harm, assault and assault with a weapon withdrawn.

Shannon Stephenson, 30, was given a nine month conditional sentence, three years of probation and ordered to pay $2,000 in restitution for theft by power of attorney.

July 24
An impaired driving charge was withdrawn against Cheryl Thibert, 48.

Stephen Sirrs, 19, was given one year of probation for charges of theft of credit card and possess-use credit card not own.
A possession under $5,000 charge was withdrawn.

Robert Jennings, 35, was given 60 days of intermittent jail time and six months of probation for charges of personate with intent and failing to comply with probation.
Another count of the latter charge was withdrawn.

Gena Hannah, 18, was given three years of probation, a suspended sentence and ordered to pay $2,792.13 in restitution for charges of theft under $5,000 and failing to stop at an accident.

Kenneth Francis, 48, was given two years of probation, an order of prohibition- seizure, suspended sentence and served 60 days in presentence custody for threatening death-bodily harm and break, enter and commit.
An assault charge was withdrawn.

Stephen Bonham, 19, was given six months of probation, a suspended sentence and served 65 days in presentence custody for charges of mischief to property and failing to comply with probation.
Two counts of failing to comply with probation and single counts of possess property and careless use-storage of a firearm were withdrawn.

July 25
Michael Martin, 25, was jailed one day, ordered to pay $2,201.49 in restitution and given an order of prohibitionseizure, three years of probation and served 179 days in presentence custody for robbery, failing to stop for police and dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
An assault causing bodily harm charge was withdrawn.

Matthew Parrott, 23, had charges of mischief under $5,000 and failing to comply with probation all withdrawn.

Matthew Cork, 33, was given one year of probation, a suspended sentence and served 42 days in presentence custody for failing to comply with bail conditions. He was also given an order of prohibition- seizure and three months to pay two separate $250 fines for two counts of assault.
Another count of assault was withdrawn.
July 29
Corey Marquis, 22, was given six months to pay an $800 fine and $120 surcharge and one year of probation for a charge of act likely to constitute fraud.

Edward Boomhour, 36, was given six months to pay a $300 fine and $45 surcharge for being unlawfully at large.
July 31
Jesse Jessup, 19, was given 10 days of intermittent jail time and one year of concurrent probation for a charge of fail or refuse to cooperate. He was also given one year of probation and served 38 days in presentence custody for break, enter and commit.
Charges of mischief over $5,000, fail or refuse to cooperate and fail to comply with bail conditions were all withdrawn.

Steven Cummins, 25, had charges of attempt murder using, robbery -use of a firearm, kidnapping while using a weapon, forcible confinement, conspiring to commit an indictable offence, production and possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking were all withdrawn.

Robert Alcorn, 44, was jailed one month and given an order of prohibitionseizure for operating a motor vehicle while disqualified.
He was also given five months of consecutive jail time for impaired driving.

August 5 John Macmurchy, 52, was given 30
days to pay a $235 fine and one year of probation for a small vessel regulation charge.
